The government is not authorized to perform video surveillance on highways in New Hampshire per Title XX Chapter 236-130.

This means that both red-light cameras and speed cameras are not permitted in the state.

Neither the state of New Hampshire nor its political subdivisions shall engage in surveillance on any public ways of the state or its political subdivisions.
