Insurance Minimums
Despite not having an obligation to purchase car insurance, car insurance in NH must meet the following criteria:
- $25,000 for bodily injury, per person.
- $50,000 for bodily injury, if multiple people are injured in an accident.
- $25,000 for property damage.
- Must include uninsured motorist coverage to help cover your injuries and damage to your property that may result from being in an accident with an uninsured driver.
