In New Hampshire, it is a felony to wear body armor while committing or attempting to commit a felony. Otherwise, body armor is totally legal and you can have it shipped to your house.

From Chapter 650-B:

650-B:2 Felonious Use of Body Armor. –

I. A person is guilty of a class B felony if he commits or attempts to commit any felony while using or wearing body armor.
